Maybe, but that was when he was undefeated and pre KTF'dO. the fact that Mayweather got the same numbers as Pac in the Stated could actually show that Pac was the better draw because Floyd is American, if anything. I say they are even.

This. Personality sells. Ali was Ali. Leonard knew how to talk to people. Mike Tyson was ****ing crazy. Oscar has a sexy face. Floyd talks **** all day. etc

I just thought of something... Why does floyd talk major **** and then Box his way to a victory.. and pac is so humble and god fearing yet he fights like a maniac with smarts in the ring!! They need to trade personalities!!

Ali was the king of talking ****, but he didn't have an ultra aggressive style. His SILENT rival Joe Frazier had the action packed style.

No arguing that, Floyd is great at making noise. I think more people watch him hoping he gets beat but at the end of the day they are still watching him. I dont really like Floyd. I also never missed a fight. Well played, Floyd.

    yep

and while floyd does draw more than pac, i don't think pac is some light-weight PPV draw (see: mosley)

he brings a lot, and there is no reason to not have 50/50, especially if it hangs the already b/s negotiations up even further

that being said, make this **** public, so we don't have any more one-sided reports of what is being offered

PPV numbers are not as they seem. We are in the worst economic times since the great depression and when oscar fought it was a time when money could be printed and was available to anybody with a heartbeat.
Just saying for Manny to be doing the #'s he is makes him the new king

i see, so it only works one way....manny gets good #s in a bad economic time, and it means those numbers would be even greater in a strong economy, but floyd does even better #s in the same economic downturn, but he doesn't get that added bonus you give manny....talk about spin

they both do good enough to get 50/50, end of thread

Mike Tyson is the PPV king. That is an irrefutable fact.

Tyson is the King. Not DLH.

But if you want to talk about before they fought DLH...

Floyd was averaging more before DLH than Pac was.
