The legendary Saint Preemo vs Bob Foster.

    15 rounds. Heavyweight.

Rematch in mud wrestling, regardless of winner.

Carnera KO in the boxing match and straightup murder's Foster in wrestling. I'm not joking, you're pitting a 260lbs of pure muscle talented wrestler behemoth against a 180lbs lanky man who's never wrestled a day in his life. Foster would find a way to snap his neck. It'd be so one-sided that the civil rights movement would start early

Carnera was knocked down by mediocre lhvy's in Paris ,and heavyweights who couldn't punch as hard as Foster.

Foster came up short against every elite heavy he ever faced.

Yes he did ,he also beat 23 lesser ones by stoppage, and ,as far as we know none were paid to take a swim..
I'd say Carnera came up short against every elite heavyweight he ever faced,if we rule out Schaaf who was a dead man walking, and the second Sharkey fight which I think was a dive.
Loughran who couldn't break an egg was competitive over 15rds and never in danger of being floored. How many ranked [at the time,] heavies did Carnera beat?
I think there is a case here that Foster could emulate his wins .

    And Carnera lost to
    Stanley Poreda
    Luigi Musina x3
    Jim Maloney
    Franz Diener
    Leroy Haynes x2
    Albert Demeglio
And how many others would he have lost to if the fights were legit?

I'm saying that Carnera would do better than Foster did or visa versa.

Can we totally rule out Foster winning this!?
I'm not sure, I wouldn't be to confident putting a lot of money on primo.

I don't think so, in fact I might just pick him. Keep going back and forth though.

It's that feeling imo that primo wasn't all that great, foster was but only at light heavy, could he beat a fella like Carnera?
I'm not writing off Bob here, I give him a chance but a little niggle back of my mind says he was never successful with the big boys.
