The man is severely mentally ill, likely to have been medicated severely for years. If you have any experience of anti-psychotic medications you will know that they tend to make people very sedentary and physically tired.

Not to mention even the shittiest of boxing boards is unlikely to license him on account that he doesn't bring money to the table. He's not Mike Tyson coming out of jail to potentially restart his prime. This is an old, fat, mentally ill jailbird who nobody with any credibility would fight because it's so immoral.

And thats IF he gets out, which isn't that likely.
