Round 4, about 2 minutes left in the round... about 1:50 in this video.

Margarito leans in and Pacquiao threw an insane left uppercut, it clips margarito right on the cheek bone and Margarito steps back and touches his face... you can tell this punch hurt him and the large red mouse develops immediately after that punch landed.

Soon after the body shot that really badly hurt Margarito landed..

Margarito can really take a beating , that's one thing he proved.

Pac had illegal loaded gloves. thats why.

As we all saw in the video, Margarito's trainer-Robert Garcis caught Pac's team loading Pac's hands, and demanded that they be re-wrapped or the fight is off, but the corrupt Texas commision refused to have Pac's hands re-wrapped and said the fight will go regardless.

Pac cheated with loaded gloves and got away with it, just like he gets away with EPO Steroids/Hormones.
and thanks to Oscar and Arum, pac gets away with cheating again.

    Oh **** I remember that!

The moment he threw it and landed it, I was thinking - what a cracking shot!

    good eye man.

I remember at some point in the Mosley fight, Mosley threw one of those uppercuts from hell too, and it just clipped Margo a little less than Pac's.

You can see in that video Margo immediately puts his right hand up in front of his eye

That uppercut is certainly responsible for opening the cut, but there's really no way to know if that punch caused a fracture as well. There were numerous straight lefts that Pac landed to that eye during the course of the fight that are more likely to have had the force to break Tony's face. The uppercut was more a slicing blow as it pulled the skin up Margarito's face causing it to rip open.

That shot, at 1:51 to be exact, looks deceptively glancing in real time but when you quickly click the stop play button several time within that time period you'll note the impact and Margo's subsequent touching of his face, a sign of a stinging pain (the broken orbital bone?) and the immediate grotesque discolored welp that ensued, quickly becoming more edematous but with no outward bleeding as the skin is not yet torn but rather revealing of broken arterioles or venules which quickly flooded the subcutaneous periorbital soft tissue.
