PW had Quintana on ***** street. He also beat Margarito. So, if Cotto barely beats Margarito or loses to Margarito, does that mean PW is the "real" WW champ?

no it means, like always, that you can't compare resume's because of mutual opponents. you should know this by now.

Margarito has a legitimate gripe for a rematch against Williams should he upset against Cotto. The original fight was close enough to warrent a rematch (one Williams wanted no part of).

I'm expecting to see it though. I see Margarito beating Cotto and then probably waiting on Williams until oct-dec.

He also didn't take the fight serious enough and didn't weight drain down properly.

But who cares. PW showed the truth in the rematch.

But it only took Miguel one fight to do so.

so how many more times will paul williams need 2 fights to prove he is the better fighter?

Fact: williams lost to quintana, cotto didn't.

    The top 3 @WW r Cotto/Margarito & Williams

Mosley lost a razor thin decision to Cotto, so he should be in it too

Well you would think he would take the fight serious when he started to see himself behind in the bout right?.........Just because he showed the "truth" in the rematch does'nt mean he would've done that in first fight diffrent things can happen at anytime, and I could easily say Quintana did'nt take him serious in the rematch because of what he did in the first fight but that would'nt be fair.

Paul looked different. Purely opinion though.

Although I wasen't trying to use the "truth" from his nickname. I was trying to state Paul showed that he was really the better of the two and he shouldn't of lost the first time around.

I just hope to hell, after all the bull**** talked on these forums the last few months, that if Cotto beats Margarito, he gives Williams a shot. If he doesn't, he best the **** be called out for "ducking" just like everyone got on Floyd's case about.
