Maybe they've seen greatness in Pacquiao

    or

maybe when they write article praising Pacquiao, their website hits dramatically increased by WIDE margin.

big no. of hits = $$$$$

but when they write negative article about pacquiao, their website traffic like this.

I agree. I don't have a problem with banter on boards. People like to argue.

Just don't dig folks who create articles, consistently, on sites. Nasty little attacks. Like they couldn't care less whether it's true or not.

It's bullying man. They're just trying to make these sites as uncomfortable as possible for Mayweather fans to use.

And sorry, it's nearly all Pacquiao fans.

You're totally right by the way.

I know a few guys who actually work these sites. I actually know the guys who manage this site in question. Well one of them

I always ask him, why they always allow this trash, on their front page. When it's normally libelous, false, nasty, plain stupid.

His reply is always the same.

"This is the stuff the owners want. It gets the business"

Web sires are under huge pressure to cater for audiences with IQs of 13 year olds, who only went to school for 3 years

    As in, Asians

By the way, I used to work in South East Asia, in Singapore. Before I headed out, I was actually warned by my company, what it was like out there. Like the mentality. As Westerners struggled to deal with it.

Basically, they're well known "plotters". They're famous for being quite fake. By that I mean, they'll be your best buddy face to face, but while you're away, they'll be trying to think up ways to get you fired, as they see you as a threat!

They're very ruthless, and don't hold sort of "common decency" very highly, in their list of priorities. It's sort of "every guy for themselves" over there. All they care about is their families. They couldn't care less if they have to do something nasty, to get a pay rise.

It's not like the West, where it's a society where people have a lot of buddies, and have a lot of friends, and they'res ways to act. And people show a lot of loyalty to people. When you go over there, you're actually amazed how much loyalty people in your home country show eachother.

Anyway, basically, they're not big on face to face confrontation (very timid) because they're not a physical culture. They think even shaking hands is a bit too threatening. They don't do it.

But they get over that, and use other ways to extert their authority.

As I said, they tend to start rumours, and hate campaigns, and lies about people. And try and mount up bullying campaings about people they don't like.

As I said, if you think someone's acting like a moron in the states, you'll go up to them, man to man, and tell them.

You offend someone in Singapore, you better watch out, as they'll devote their life to trying to get you fired from your job. Or arrested. Ruin your life basically.

That's how they deal with things.

It's actually a cowardly place, if you ask me. I hear a lot about Pinoy warriors, and Pinoy honour, but I've been there a few times, and they're the most none confrontational people ever. They don't deal with their problems man to man. They do things like the above.

So, in hindsight, a lot of it's probably a cultural thing.

They seem to enjoy spreading rumours, and trying to start hate campaigns about people, it seems.

Although I am quite familiar with the "group think bullying" and "secret reveng", glad you had the guts to say it. Insightful.
