    Olympic Gold Medalist
Has not lost since 12 years old
Very humble, one of the gentlemen of the sport of boxing

One of the greatest 168 pounders ever
    Former #2 p4p fighter
Best in fighter in the game right now. The dude is ruthless in there

    - boring, dirty fighter and chronic hugger who uses his head as a third arm

    - stay at home disgrace

    - is ducking Kovalev and the LHW division

    - gets benefits from corruption, (+2 years of inactivity yet he hasn't been stripped )

    - worst nickname in boxing

He should fight the winner of DeGale-Groves II either by the end of this year or next year.

    1. Boring because he fights on the inside and keeps winning, he is ruthless

    2. Did he stay at home when he whooped on Froch? :think

    3. He's a 168 pounder, GGG is ducking Ward then by your logic? :rofl

    4. He shouldn't be stripped, he's the #2 p4p fighter in the world!!! :deal and there's good reason that he hasn't fought.

    5. Correction- It's one of the BEST nicknames in the game :yep

Groves won't beat Jack so Groves won't have to worry about fighting DeGale. :yep

Ward is a terrific talent, but I don't think he deserves the acclaim as the #2 P4P fighter anymore.

I'm glad he's gotten through his injuries, and more importantly, his promotional issues. I would like to see him fight twice this year and hopefully fight an average of 3 fights annually starting next year.

I'm sure he'll look sensational against Smith, but there's still some curiosity to how he'll look after such a long layoff. He's getting up in there in age now so it'll be interesting to see how rusty/fresh he looks in the Smith fight.

Very very soft touch for Ward.

I'm not sure if he deserves to go back to p4p #2 straight just after coming back and beating Smith, I'm not going to put him there. In fact I'm probably not going to put him on p4p list at all until he starts beating relevant opposition again.

beating Smith does not give Ward the #2 P4P spot, regardless of what the drugs you are taking are telling you

Oh yes, I was just rewatching Naoya Narvaez.

But I think it's only a matter of time until Naoya gets up there anyways. :nod

Still, thanks for the heads up.

Where would you rank Gonzalez P4P if he moved up to 115 and beat Inoue?

    Yeah ok  :rofl

Brief summary of Ward/Smith and it's immediate aftermath. Ward wins a clear, but lackluster decision, say's he's back and ready to face whoever comes his way... Only to not fight for another 16-18 months
