Clearly looked smaller and weaker. Just like Overeem looked in his fights after his ban. First figh where GSP was subject to more rigorous testing and he looked noticeably different and was clearly weaker in the clinch in a division where he has always manhandled all his opposition.

GSP's career was built on PED's in my opinion.

The thing is, he didn't just look smaller, he was also pale. I mean, his skin looked very sallow. Not only that, but he didn't move, he was the most stationary we have ever seen him. Even his jab was looking somewhat flaccid. That doesn't sound like a simple case of him stopping the use of PEDs, sounds like something more dramatic is at play...

This. something wasn't right with GSP(as the post-fight would suggest) Hendricks also looker bigger and stronger than ive ever seen him... his conditioning was a lot better as well, if anybody was on the juice it's Hendricks.

I'm gonna give Hendriks some credit though. He fought well and impressed me. didn't so just in swinging looking for the big shot. Liked the uppercuts he was throwing, Made GSP think twice about shooting in for a takedown. Intelligent fight from Hendrinks. I think even GSP was a little surprised. In the wrestling side too he more than held his own. Whatever people think of a result, Hendriks looked pretty good against arguably the best guy in MMA. I don't think George was quite himself but I saw improvements in Hendriks to suggest he's got a bit more in the locker than just the big haymaker.

    Hahahahaha. Mad bro?

The fact is there was a lot of talk about PED's in the lead up this fight. WADA V's VADA, extra tests etc. GSP looked smaller and weaker in this fight than ever before. He looked out of sorts and mentally fragile in comparison to the past.

He has never tested positive, we all know that. We also know that if he was a user he would have probably been rumbled in this fight as there was a lot of talk about PED's in the build up and he shows up a shadow of his former self, which could easily and logically be explained by him cycling off much earlier before the fight than usual.

I stated it was my opinion, one I have held for a long time as it is not normal for a ripped Welterweight to have a mini HGH gut.

    Aqua, its his opinion..

many athletes get thru theyre careers without a positive test.

drugs are rife in all sports sure its innocent till proven guilty but i`d be very wary of believing anyone was 100% clean unless that person was you.

would you stake your life on an athletes word?

    Agree

At the same time, Hendricks gassed against the Natural Born ***** in round 3, yet was still going strong in R5 vs Georgie boy

    They're all at it

Condit can beat Hendricks if they fight again

Hendricks never gassed in this fight as he was coasting and saving energy. Watching it again he only has himself to blame.

I'm a huge fan of GSP and have crazy respect for him, even though he beat the **** out of BJ Penn so badly :-(

And after this fight I've been so caught up and angry and disgusted with Dana White and every other idiot calling it the biggest robbery in history, and bashing / disrespecting GSP, that I've ignored this fact.

It is extremely suspect that the one fight GSP chooses to do Random Drug Testing is the one fight he looks vulnerable, and actually weak in comparison to his opponent.

    What I think happened:
GSP got tired of the criticism of him being on PEDs and wanted to make a point that he was clean before he exited the sport for good. I'm not gonna say he was on them or not, but he probably thought he was on another level than Johnny and could outskill him enough to get a clear victory.

He went from easily being the biggest and most muscular we've ever seen him in the Condit fight, to being the smallest and weakest we've seen him probably since the 1st Serra fight.

He looked slow on his feet and weak in the clinches, his double leg shot wasn't there, and his level changes weren't explosive either.

Johnny Hendricks is a beast and very strong, but following both of their careers and watching all their previousl fights, it led me to believe that GSP would have the size, strength and speed advantage. And he just didn't. :deal

Well he did have the conditioning and desire advantage, because I think most people believe the won round 5 which seemed to have been the round that ended up being the deciding factor.

I don't care how much Hendricks thought he was winning by or how hurt he thought GSP was, he still owed it to himself to have won the last round. And quite honestly I don't anyone but Dana White (and perhaps Hendricks himself) felt that Hendricks won that round.
