Okay for starters, a lot of people were ready to proclaim Marquez the king at Lightweight when he beat up Casamayor. Ditto Pacman for Diaz. But let's face it, the real King of the Lightweight Division is Nate Campbell, who fought the champ, Juan Diaz, a young battle hungry champ at that, and took the belts away. So let's not be quick to name anyone champ yet, as it is still Nate Campbell.

Given that though, things will clear up next year, because all of them are clearly out to fight each other.

By the way, Pac ko 9.

No champ right now honestly however Nate and Marquez have a right for the top spot.

it would have been a tournament for the top 4 in lw: campbell, marquez, diaz, pac... contending for the undisputed lw championship

I agree. No champ, just a list of contenders for the #1 spot. Marquez and Campbell are at the top of the tree right now. Diaz just behind. Pac doesn't count. :D

    Champion: Marquez
    1. Campbell
    2. Pacquiao
    3. J. Diaz
    4. Casamayor

I still regard Campbell as the best at the weight (only one way to tell though), but JMM is the true champion.
