The whole point of the book was "look how much I've changed" He does a lot of wonderful charity work in Central America, the guy isn't all bad.
Yea but he is still a dickhead to his wife and others...and I have read the book..and the tone of it is almost boostful about the various ****ed up **** he has done.
Yes, a token charity is a very trendy way for assholes who come into a lot of expendable income to buy the affections of hoi polloi. If even half of the stuff in the original post is indeed truly sourced from Hughes' autobiography, then there's no check big enough for him to cut to diminish what an ******* he is.
This was originally posted in this forum years ago. Funny stuff. Guy sounds like a piece of ****. Beebs, just because he's in UFC, doesn't mean you have to be his best friend. He would probably tell you to go **** yourself too.
really he could probley do more good with his money then doing that.....he might spend..what....a month doing that? for 200,000 he could pay a hundered people in that country to each do the same work he did in that given country. Not only would 100 times as much work getting down (buliding a orhanage or whatever) plus each would be getting paid 250 dollars a week...which in most of these countries would be a damn good bit of money...and that would then be spent in that economy. Hell...even if he gave 10,000 dollars, that would get 10 times as much done. PS..if he is still a *******...as he seems to be..then doing all that **** doesnt take away his being a *******....
Yeah Randy Couture is such a saint. He came back to beat Sylvia and Gonzaga then bitched about his contract AFTER it was negotiated, then put the HW title on hold on for a year by walking out on the company and not honoring his contract that he already agreed with before time. Yeah Randy Couture is a great guy, and Matt Hughes is the dickhead:roll:
They've worked it out. I don't see us running into each other socially; I don't spend much time in the farms around Granite City. I once drove briefly past his gym, at the time it was a hospital, on a trip back from Denver.
You ****ing buffoon. That's all business ****. You're really comparing that to atrocities like beating up your own father over a stern word, and torturing baby piglets for sheer amusement? God damn you're one twisted little fool.
You ****in assmunch, WHO GIVES A FLYING **** ABOUT HIS PERSONAL LIFE? I'm talking about **** related to MMA. You're comparing irrelevant bull**** unrelated to the sport. ****in ****.
your a child....first off..if more guys had some balls like Randy did...maybe more people would have walked away from UFC..and now guys wouldnt be making 300,000 headling massive pay per views that are making Zuffa and Dana millions upon millions...second of all..the whole point of this post is personal...matt huges is a *******...as a PERSON.....being a ******* has all to do with who you are as a PERSON,...hence it is always PERSONAL>
"He also intimates the fact that he really wanted to break Royce's arm, but had to settle for a choke." this doesnt make sense to me seeing as matt let go of the kimura even though he had it locked in, if he wanted to he could have broke royce's arm. This content is protected after the fight I remember hughes saying that royce wasnt going to tap so he let go of the submission to keep from breaking royces arm. who here has read matt hughes book for themselves?
