The real reason Arum is Quiet

This is true. Arum already said, he has the documents Arum and Roach have been quiet so far. Theres going to be a big counter attack.

Guess you've been off the internet for the last couple of weeks with all the mud slinging Arum and GBP have been slinging at one another.

Agree- the guy is a bit senile. Pac must be furious with the PR blunders over the last week.

 

The way I see it:

GBP/Floyd will win the public opinion court.
Manny/Arum will win in the legal court.

Manny will tarnish his legacy in the short term as a result then people will forget about it once he continues to pass every future drug testing. And specially if he wins in court. He has a strong case against Sr, Floyd will be 50-50. GBP not so much but they can probably re-negotiate the terms of co-promotion if they can get the arbiter to believe that GBP maliciously worked against Pac's best interest.

 

You're an idiot, only ppl they can sue is Floyd SR and they have a minor chance vs Goldenboy. But its funny because Floyd jr is probably the most criticized n badmouthed boxer on the planet, yet he'd never sue anyone for their opinion.

I guess guilty people do unusual things to take the heat of themselves.

 

I dont know about Floyd winning the public opinion court. Ill have to see it in a month or so if this fights off.

I doubt this case goes anywhere anyways. It's so ****ing petty. Especially when you consider that Pacman can shutdown any claims being made by simply taking the test and proving everyone wrong.

The worst thing that could happen to Pac in this instance would be for the fight to be called off, and for him to WIN any sort of settlement. The American public would murder him over that. We are a society that is both sick of roided up athletes AND maybe even moreso, frivolous lawsuits. Pac will tarnish his image even more if he seriously considers legal action.

No maybe Arum and Roach just really don't know what the hell is going on, at this point maybe they even are questioning why the hell Pac won't agree to the terms and shut the mayweathers up.

Arum being a lawyer means he knows that to prove defamation and slander you need 2 things:

1. Proof that the statement is false......how is he gonna get this?
2. The statement made cannot be clearly stated as somebody's opinion.....which the mayweathers were all VERY careful to make it clear that it was their opinion.

They aren't getting any money out of Pretty Boy for this ****.
