    Good post...

Yes, backing out of a fight is not a good move, and it doesn't - as you say - give an professional attitude, to go this far into negotiations, and then have them break down.

As most of us are in the dark, as to what really has happened, and whom we can believe in this matter, I'll let it stand alone for now.

Alot of the rounds were close, where JC edged them out. After round 6, Kessler was too confused as what to do, as his corner kept saying the opposite of what he should do. Calzaghe deserved the win, and it was never in any danger after round 4.

Why, because you say so. At least I can back it up by looking at their ratings, since you seemingly haven't seen Mundine fight ever.

It has already been validated that Kessler does not manage himself, but has a manager - that figured that there were not reason to make this fight happen. If they would have none of Miranda, why would they start negotiations?

Your logic has been weighed, measured and has been found wanting. Back it up with something else.

Miranda team put out a press release with what they said was the full terms of the contract. Palle team has not, as far as I know, said that what the Miranda team was facutally incorrect. Nor have they identified what the shortcomings were. The ball is in their court on that one.

Yes, the ball is in their court, but since they haven't passed the ball, then why jump to conclusions. Conclusions as to Kessler is afraid is just rediculous; nothing more than immature flamebait.

At that point, people regarded Wright as a P4P boxer, and he struggled with Soliman. Nonetheless, if you had seen him fight, why are you only referring to his resume? Or some fight on it. Anyone with 2 good eyes can see that he has greater boxing skills than Miranda, and far better speed, and equal power.

A better offer came up? Since Green decided to vacate his belt, so what would it prove to beat a former MW, that has done nothing but beating Allen Green, when you can take on the WBA belt as the new mandatory against a far better and proven fighter? If Showtime are correct in their claims, then TeamPalles claim is no more than a lame excuse to break down negotiations to a fight that has less value, but it is still valid, as nothing was signed - wouldn't you do the same?

Miranda is new to the SMW scene and he will get his chance eventually - if he can stand the distance - and what better than getting a title fight, than a fight where no one gains anything at all?

How could you possibly be my Huckleberry, when your answer defies all logic? Your only offers have been thus far:

    Cowardice.
To you the clearest answer to that question is seemingly cowardice, which really ought to be the last answer of all mothers of answers. My Huckleberry? I think not.

I think what is wrong here is that Palle is 95 years old and should probably have stayed in the hospital in Cardiff.:smoke

What's going on is Palle screwed up badly and is now needing to try to make things right to try to get the Miranda fight again. Obviously he will not get the same deal.... I think we should hear some news this week.

Seriously, can everyone just admit that team Kessler ****ed up. There was a deal in place to fight Miranda, there's no disputing this. Detailed terms were worked out, and Showtime was even advertising the fight on its site. Not only did Kessler pull out of the fight, he doesn't even have another fight lined up.

It might even be backed up by a court verdict. I hear (second hand info) that the Miranda management is considering taking Team Palle to court. If Palle is going back to the Miranda fight he'll probably have to eat dirt big time?

they ****ed up bigtime, but has nothing to do with kessler being scared, its more a matter of mogens palle beginning to loose his sanity due to his age i guess....

Agreed, I don't understand what is so hard . Beat up miranda then beat up Mundine. Beat up Bute, and then a rematch with JC.

I've created by own personal dead line. April 16. If Team Palle hasn't found an opponent before the dead line a new smily will be added to the ESB collection. It'll be a tiny picture of Palle's head with the associated text FOOL.:smoke
