Its easy to see that Arum has never wanted this fight to happen for whatever reason.... the sad thing is he is getting away with ****ing the fans over.

I suggested this previously that maybe Pac wants his current contract to run out. Which it has. So now he can negotiate new terms. He says he wants the fight. The wait is for Floyd to come out of vacation which sounds like it might be a while

its cause pac fans believe everything that comes out of that camp

and the majority of fans are pacfans and believe it

when floyd fought mosley (after people saying he wouldnt) pacfans said he was shot

but now pac wants to fight him and arum or whoever said he isnt shot , their fine with it

Its simple Arum can make more using Pac as a cash cow and collect 2 promotional fees when both his fighters fight. He agreed to Pac-Mosley as soon as Pac beat Margarito, that shows how much he wants to make a Mayweather fight. Who pulled out of negotiations in round 1? Arum. He's impossible to deal with

I all seriousness I think Floyd genuinely has lost that 'spark' and doesn't have the dedication he once had.

And I also think he has this strange sense of entitlement due to his unbeaten record, and doesn't want to lose that fighting Manny. Although I don't think he's necessarily scared of him, he just feels that Pacquiao doesn't deserve that same sense of respect that Mayweather gets (got?) I guess.

It's basically some ****ed up pride issue.

Well the exact same could be said for Floyd. Pac is the only opponent where he must concede to a 50/50 split, meaning less money for him too. Is that a risk he's willing to take against a little man who his father thinks can kill him? And if GBP is such a major roadblock, then Floyd sacking them off and making acquaintance with Don King should have helped made things simpler, shouldn't it?

Fact is, there are so many reasons why this fight hasn't happened yet. Not many of us like that greedy ******* Arum, but he isn't to share most of the blame here. It's Floyd and his team. It's they who have complicated things more than they should be.

You need to brush up on your math.

Assuming net profits from Pac vs Floyd is 50 million and TR and GBP agreed to 50/50:

GBP share of the profit is: 25 million + 23% of TR's share (5.75 mil) = 30.75 million
TR share of the profit is: 25 million - 5.75 million = 19.25 million

In short: A fight with Floyd actually does NOT make Bob lose money.

And we now know, GBP will not be involved with Mayweather.

GBP gets a % of Top Ranks profits after Pac is paid, not before.

You guys make me laugh. Floyd has already admitted he lost his urge for this fight, have you forgotten that or do you just refuse to recognize it because it doesn't fit in with your fabricated ***** worldview?! :nut

Your elementary school math is f@cking horrible.

For the sake of you ESB posters who went to the boxing gym instead of math class.... :/

Let us assume genius GOW7 has the right percentage
    Say $100 million total revenue
    50/50 split

    PBF gets $50 mill
    Pac gets $50

27% of 50 mill is not $27 million. It is $13.5 million

It doesnt matter who get whatever first... a percentage is a percentage...it doesnt change based on the order funds are paid out.

Actually it does. These are legal papers with legal definition.
You have to define where the percentage is coming from. The contract of your promoter is from the SHARE of YOUR profit.
