Wlad is better today also. Plus Wlad won every round except the ones when peter hit him on the back of the neck and head. Besides, Vitali is gonna kill him.

That would be a good fight. Two fatties. It's not gonna anytime as Povetkin has to face Wlad and Peter has to fight Vitali.

Excellent post! These idiots seem to think all of Ali's fights were very entertaining. How about Holmes? He could bore a person to death with his style.

Ali clinched at least as much as Klitschko, and Ali held & hit & rabbit punched too, just like Sam Peter but he was better at it.

    :rofl Nice try.

Just because an athlete can run fast, throw or catch a ball doesn't nec. mean that they can fight, just ask all the failed Football players that tried to turn to boxing.

Also, Boxers generally fight a lot less often than Professional Football players play games. A very active boxer may only fight once a month or even once every other month. Football players play every weekend during the Football season.

A large part of it is down to the fact there are no Americans of note in it, so none of the fighters get over hyped, into super fighters they are not, by the big media outlets.

Wlad dominating enough that even with 3 knockdowns counted against him, 2 of which were completely bogus, he still outpointed Peter easily. Imagine how wide the points margin would've been if those 2 knockdowns didn't count as they shouldn't have?

You sound like someone who just doesn't watch the HW division...at all. It wouldn't matter if it was Rahman as the dominant HW.

Why are there so many people so intent on making the HW division look good? It's simply not, plain and simple.

It's one of the weakest times in its history, whether or not your favourite fighter is competing in it.

Deal with it, and pray it gets better.

If it's so rubbish, older fighting greats would simply comeback and win titles as they have done in the past.

i dont think you understood my post buddy. i'm not saying that all football players would make great boxers b/c they are physically talented.

i'm saying that there is less incentive to box these days for big men. think about it. if you are a large kid growing up, people in the area arent telling you to box. they are directing you to football. i think back then, boxing was nearly on aan equal playing field as football.

now, with all the scholarships availabe to play football, why would a kid wnat to box? they cant go to school for free to box. the chances on making a good living with boxing are not very good.

do you understand where i'm coming from. in the end, i'm saying that if those great high school football players were bred to box instead of play football, then chances are we woudl have more great heavy weights.
