If he takes Chisora as his next fight then thats fine and i will belive the back injury.

If he takes on Haye or someone else then will we all know the "injury" was a fake

    Face it people.

Wlad knew he couldn't compete with a young and hungry Euro level talent like Derek 'Del Boy' Chisora.

Ok let´s get serious for a second.
Is anybody here really thinking Wlad is afraid of getting into the ring with Chisora?
Or is everybody just joking around and I don´t get it?

Armchair quarterback. I'm sure you're more qualified than Steward.:roll:

A little of both, half of the people feel chisora did really have the style that may have given some fits. I for one was interested because as i've stated before Noone has tried the good ol patented John ruiz , huggy bear style. Personally albeit boring as all hell, would be effective in neutralizing wlad's jab. In addition Chisora is nuts and probably would've fought a very dirty fight (biting etc) and REALLY got under wlad's skin.
The other half are just really enjoying this moment because for some time now haye fans have constantly heard how much of a chicken he is or how he "bitched out" of a fight with wlad with a supposed back injury days before the fight. Wlad has now done the same exact thing. You didn't think for a minute haye fans wouldn't take this opportunity to dish back the dirt did you?

At the end of the day, injuries happen, as unfortunate as the timing is, it's not likely to be anything more than an injury.

jonny v said Wlad shouldn't have been training that hard so close to a fight. Steward trains Wlad and obviously made the decision to do whatever kind of training they were doing.
