Height is irrelevant, it's the diet that counts. He's got Carmel running through his veins, nougat stored around his body for added cushion (even on the back of his head) & he's jam packed full of protein from eating eggs & nuts.
He looks a tiny bit shorter than Holyfield in their spar, and Holyfield is a little bit taller than 6'1.
I'm dead on 6 foot tall, been measured many times over the years in different ways by myself and with others and the result is pretty consistent around 182-183cm. I was at Parker vs Ruiz and Ruiz was definitely taller than me, he doesn't dwarf me but I don't need to be standing next to him to see that he has the edge
Probably somewhere between 5'10(178cm) and 6'0(183cm). He's clearly not 6'2 just by seeing that Joshua is far more than ~ 3 inches taller. We know that Oscar claims in person Ruiz is about his height 5'10(178cm) We know that Dave Allen claims in person Ruiz is smaller than himself, and Allen is probably 6'2 at most, likely 6-6'1 Thus we know he is between 5'10 and 6'2 for sure, likely between 5'10 and 6'0. There's pic with Ruiz standing beside Dawejko, both in sparring gear and Ruiz looks a few inches taller. This would make him about 6'0 if Dawejko is accurately stating his (5'10) height. If he's overstating, it would pull Ruiz under 6'0. My guess is he's 5'11 (180cm) of absolute lard.
Yep he definitely was, Wlad came incredibly close to landing the finishing blow. Some of those shots missed by millimeters, he really should have taken him out
After AJ comfortably wins the rematch I think most will dismiss the first fight as a fluke. But by all means get riled up if you want.
