No, im not saying that, clearly. I'm saying Paul Williams isn't clearly "the man" at WW. You could make a case for either man, which shows that neither is really "the man" as it is too questionable. Paul Williams lost a fight to ****ing Quintana half a year ago, he also didn't beat anyone who could be thought of as the man at WW. So it is very debatable. A rematch will define the man.
Did I miss something:huh I thought it was Margarito who just defeated the best welterweight in the world and a top 5 PFP entrant. Anyone with half a brain will tell you that makes him the"Real Welterweight champ".
