    This was Canada (part of North America, nothing to do with Europe), and the boxer was not American but Mexican.


    As far as I am concered that ref should have been shot.....

    Be careful if he refs your fight he will either not allow you to hit a fighter when he puts his head down!? (Hatton v Mayweather) or disqualify you for hitting a fighter when he was down!?

    Or just get it wrong when stopping a fighter (Taylor v Chavez) Richard Steele

    Seriously, you had all that time to select your perfect example of an American fighter getting screwed over by the judges somewhere in Europe or Asia and the only thing you could find was a Mexican losing in Canada in a fight that is only contraversial if you don't know the rules?

    This is the bad kind of fail.
