The reason Angel Garcia is having a meltdown in Las Vegas:

I have. He is a calming influence and gives clear directions/advice. Angel is smart boxing guy. May act a fool, but he knows the sport. Danny's new gym has had some very smart boxing people there in the past few months, Hopkins, Richardson and some others and you can always see Angel and Danny speaking with them and picking their brains.

 

This is the reason i have way more interest in this fight than the main event. If Danny manages to Ko Lucas, those days of getting ignored will be over. A tough tough task obviously but if he stays disciplined, he could get a good counter in there

 

Bad or good publicity is publicity. Garcia wouldn't be talked about as much without his father. Look at other champions, like Terrance Crawford. Who talks about Crawford in between fights even though he's very talented? Would Danny be getting this kind of purse without his father? I don't think so.

 

Mexicans don't like Puerto Ricans but they HATE Argentines, the crowd will support Garcia

 

So Americans should only root for American fighters?? Thats soo lame that you think that way.. Bahahaha

 

Don't get carried away you Puerto Rican ******.. I mean the Danny-Lucas fight is nice.. But the main event is still the steak! The fight with your man is still the side dish!!

 

For the Record I hope Danny Boy wins.. I think it's a 50-50 fight and the odds makers are crazy for making Lucas almost a 3-1 favorite..
