Chances are Floyd is bulking up a little right now due to the fact that he is fighting in a higher division. Let's say Floyd wins and Pacquaio wins. Floyd has a belt at 154 and Pacquaio at 147. Floyd will say Manny should move up in weight while Pacquaio will say catchweight. :think

    Arm looking thick

Soo, the fight hasn't happened in the last 3 years because Floyd has a thick arm?

He has a thick arm because he is bulking which might make him hesitant to return to 147

his home at 147. he may stay at 154 for one more fight against canelo but that's it cause he walks around @ 140. I don't think that floyd would be good to long at 154 to long anyway cause the dude is little.

Floyd will have to skip out on Soda's for like a month to cut whatever he puts on for the Cotto fight. Big deal. He really doesn't cut much weight if at all.

Floyd won't bulk up at all. Cotto's really no bigger than him. He'll weigh about 150 come fight night like he always does.
