The reason Tszyu would beat Floyd is the same reason Floyd will beat Shane...

And is also the same thing that Nazim has mentioned being aware of with Floyd...

    Timing.

Shane, as evidenced against Cotto and Wright (IMO) has a terrible time with guys who can time him...Shane needs to get off first, and IMO we will see Floyd's jab in full effect on May 1.

if he's on about the current kostya tyszu then it's clear he hasn't got a clue. floyd would run circles around kostya. it would of been a very tough fight style wise for kostya even back then, let alone now.

You mean Tzyu in his prime? I think it wold be a helluva fight. I think it's a toss up if it's prime Tzyu vs. the Floyd who fought Gatti or Corley.

Mayweather/Tsyzu would have never even been competitive, at any point in there careers.

You guys have to remember that Tszyu crushed guys that tried out boxing him, pressure fighting is what got to Tszyu. The more you backed up against KT the more he was able to measure you, time you and gain confidence in his attack. If Mayweather had stepped in the ring with Tszyu at 140lbs it would have been a **** kicking, likewise if he had fought SSM at 135lbs. Shane Mosley was just a beast at 135lbs and would have huge advantages in terms of size, strength, power, reach and even speed.

This is why I consider Mayweather's career thus far one of missed opportunities. Yes the business end of these fights wouldn't have been as great for Floyd, but in terms of legacy he would have benefited much more had he beat the best while they were still in their primes and at their best weight. Mosley, though he has made a sensational comeback in recent years, is still 38 years old and not near what he was when he fought at 135lbs.

Shane not being the same has a lot more to do with Victor Conte than it does with age.

Your right, SSM has always been talentless, his career was built and sustained by steroids.

You're right it would have been a **** kicking. It would have been a one-sided boxing match in PBF's favor. PBF would have taken Zoo's right hand away and boxed circles around his overrated ass. :deal
You talking about a career of missed opportunites is funny especially coming from a Zoo fan. This guy fought no one of note for years and has one of the weakest resumes of the last 15 years for a top fighter.

vs cotto and wright, mosley didnt have nazim training him. Nazim is the reason mosley was so sharp vs margacheato.

I would disagree but, it is possible. Shane doesn't beat De La Hoya either times without the Cream and the Clear, though. I know that.
