Holmes had superior skill in every department. You will never see Wlad in a fight like Holmes/Norton. That to me is boxing. Wlads jab jab hold right hand ,repeat , to me isn't.

Wlad is just so much better than his brother.

    At least in my eyes.

I believe Wladimir Klitschko reign is already better known in Finland than it was with Lewis. If you take away Tyson and Holyfield from Lewis his reign was pretty unknown here.

so you dont think wlad is an ATG because you dont like his style:patsch

so because you dont like the style in which he has done so much in the HW division, its not worth anything?

So the reason Holmes gets away with beating a bunch of nobodies is that his 'skills are superior to Wlad's in every department'. That's why Holmes is an ATG while Wlad isn't?

See that's what I always hear when people run out of arguments. "Wlad has no real skills". Just shows me how weak your entire argument is.

Here's your hero Holmes displaying his amazing skillset against horrible horrible bum & busdriver Alfredo Evangelista. I fell asleep after 3 rounds but you get the picture quite quickly:

This is your hero displaying his 'ATG Skills'. And Wlad's skillset is just weak and most of all, he just fights weak competition according to you, Dino

:good i watched the sky sports prefight lennox vs rahman 2 and keep in mind this is british

they were debating whether lennox was a great, they talked about how he had just recently unified and lost, they wondered if he could even beat rahman

they had lots of doubts about his legacy

this leads me to believe 2 things

    1) his legacy is largely based off of 3 wins: Rahman and winning the title back, Tyson, and Vitali

    2) he was great the whole time but boxing writers and thinkers are snobs and never give anybody their due

    Ill lean more toward 2

has anyone ever read what writers and other former champs said about Joe Louis when he was at his height

in fact as far as im concerned most champs have been called mediocre and the era called mediocre by the guys from the era before over hyping their own and limiting the next

im not trying to call Vitalis time as champ a great time in heavyweight history but to call it the worst is wrong

That has to be the Biggest Lie ever told.....a 45yr old was THE Heavyweight Champ, Cruiserweights(at the old 190 limit) and Light Heavyweights were the Champions....Axel Schulz should have been The Champion....Guys like Frans Botha were challenging for the title...

"Then I remember when Tyson was the same way. Nobody was up there for Mike. He was at the time considered fighting Pinklon Thomas and them, but I still thought those were better fighters but the public thought he was that dominating, but that was still a tough era. They said the same with Lennox. Lennox was having a weak division, but I thought that was better still. You still had guys such as Shannon Briggs and good competitive guys out there.

This is the weakest that I have ever seen it but it’s part of heavyweight history and that’s why we have these “Bum of the Month Clubs”

    Manny Steward.

Really? Do you have a link to some kind of scientific explanation for this phenomena and how exactly do you determine who falls under this category over the internet? Personally I think you just have racist tendencies and don't like the list because your favorite white fighters aren't on it. But again, this is the internet so I could be wrong much like you're wrong about me.

They're both easily going into the HOF and rightfully so. Only Wlad will be considered amongst the top 10 or 15 greatest heavyweights in history though. Reverse their circumstances and maybe it could have been Vitaly. But being objective you can't rate both bros because their resumes or very different and only one can be the best. Had the been able to fight one another that may have been different.
