Well scared might be the wrong word, but its quite simple, this sport is also a business and livelihoods are on the line.

I have no doubt if Enzo was the headliner here the Ding fight would be made no problem whatsoever. Respect for Ding for willing to travel and fight Enzo in his backyard at short notice for little or no money.

But we all know how Warren works he is a shrude business man, he knows Ding brings it, im quite certain he would fancy his man Enzo if his life depended on it, but the big show here is Calzaghe v Kessler, im sure Warren would make this fight if Enzo was the main fight and alot more money being brought in from TV Tickets advertsing sponsers etc etc.

Im not sure if this is the right thing to do but us boxing fans have to realise this is a business and these men have short careers, i feel Warren is adding Enzo to the card to make it a bit more respectable.

I have no doubt Enzo and Warren would fight Ding if Enzo was the main man on the bill and there was alot less to loose.

Just my two cents im not saying this is correct, but to say Enzo is **** scared of Ding is laughable, Enzo would go into the fight as a favourite with the bookmakers and imo deservadly so. Hopefully we can make this fight in a few months.

If you accept this bull**** that Warren is pulling that you deserve to watch Enzo vs Gunn type of rights that Warren so regularly gives the public.

Boxing fans deserve better and should know better. It is the fans that make the sport, not the greedy promoters.

The only peopel who say Enzo is scared of Ding on this site are Dings nuthuggers. Why the **** would he be scared, what is their to be scared about, aman who ahs 5 losses and has yet to fight a legit top ten contender. Yeah Enzo must be bricking it.

Im not saying Ding is a bad fighter, but Enzo beats him surprisingly easily.

Enzo Maccarinelli's fight with Ezra Sellers on 3 November has been blocked by the British Boxing Board of Control.
WBO cruiserweight champion Maccarinelli was due to face the veteran American on the undercard of the Joe Calzaghe - Mikkel Kessler fight in Cardiff.
But Sellers has been refused clearance by the BBBC and the Welshman must now find a new opponent.
"Sellers has boxed only once in three years," Board general secretary Simon Block told the South Wales Echo.

He added: "Before that, he suffered some substantial defeats in 2004, albeit to good men, and on that basis we thought he was not suitable for a world title fight - and the WBO agreed with us."
Around 55,000 people are expected to attend the Calzaghe - Kessler fight at the Millennium Stadium next month.
Promoters Sports Network confirmed to BBC Sport that they are still seeking a suitable replacement to face the Swansea fighter. Possible opponents include Darnell Wison, Vincenzo Cantatore and Giacobbe Fragomeni.

this is from bbc site, Ding can you tell us did you get a response from Warren when you offered to fight Enzo?

I would actually be ok with Cantatore. He may not be anything special but he's a solid, world class fighter.

I'd have been happy with Cantatore, Fragomeni or Calloway. But I rate Ding better than all those fighters, and whats more Ding's recent run makes him more worthy of a shot. I reckon this fight might happen yet. For all we know Warren always planned on Enzo fighting Ding, and just orchestrated this bull**** to distract our man from training properly. Ezra Sellers was a ****ing joke, and not even a funny one. Sellers could get killed fighting at his age. Even Frank Warren knows that. If he DID intend on putting Sellers in with Mac he wants ****ing locking up coz thats shameful.

According to most on here Ding would beat Wlad Haye Mormeck and Enzo on the same night.
