    Jeeso, regardless of the veracity, Fimo has probably now had more excuses for the Kambosos upset now than Wilder.

    So far we've had:-
    + I didn't lose, I won that fight!!!
    + Drained
    + Elbow
    + Now this "pneumomediastinum" - " could have died, for sure" :ambulance:

    Not buying it. Lopez went 12 hard rounds and was still in the fight at the tail end of it.

    Dr. Linda Dahl who was quoted in that article, had her clinic closed down and is a doctor for hire no different than Dr. Phil. A celebrity doctor who says nonsense for cash.

    This story could have been on TMZ for its lack of legitimate details, they listed pneumomediastinum as his "life threatening" injury yet it was in his medical records AFTER he fought and it was secondary.

    Secondary pneumomediastinum is caused by injury or damage to the mediastinum. It can be induced through trauma or injury, like being hit in the chest by a fist, or by complications during surgical procedures like chest operations.

    Basically all that article tells me is that Kambosos beat him so bad that after the fight Teo was in danger, not before. Lopez went twelve full rounds winging punches like a madman and had no shortness of breath in his post fight interview complete with rambling excuses.

    Teofimo was cleared medically to fight prior to the bout. This is bought and paid for damage control after the fight.

    He couldn't even make it past the first defence mark let alone become a three weight champ unifying three of the four belts on the road in a division full of giants and power punchers who are way bigger, longer and more powerful than him. He'll get sparked in his second division against someone who can punch who is or is closer to his size, at 147 he'll get iced in a round by the first world class puncher he faces.

    Kambosos, who is an average sized 135 pounder, and isn't an injured 126 pounder up at his third weight class, and as I keep telling you guys it's a completely different ballgame when you're facing highly skilled world class/world champions your own size or ones you're much bigger than, let alone ones who are way naturally bigger, longer, heavier and more powerful than you where their power is magnified and you have to navigate a minefield to get in and out of range and you make one mistake and it's goodnight Vienna.

    Kambosos moseyed on over to Teo's backyard on his mule prime Clint circa '64-66 style and took him to Spartan-Oz slick school and humiliated him something rotten on his own soil in front of his own fans in deeply satisfying style.
