Any thoughts on duration or intensity? I know scrap will enlighten me on this properly in the near future but just looking to see what other thoughts there are?
On your last week of training you should be slowing it down and focusing more on maintaining that weight and preventing injury.
If I'm fighting on saturday I'll train hard monday and tuesday, light on wednesday (no sparring, just a couple rounds of shadow boxing and pads), thursday I won't go to the gym at night but I will run in the morning and then friday I do nothing. I used to train hard monday, tuesday, wednesday, light thursday and rest friday for a fight on saturday but the last few fights I've taken an extra day of rest (where I just run) and feel alot better.
