Short clip from new CBS series, "Same Name"

The new Mike Tyson sure seems like a fine human being to me. Shows him acting as a nurse when he switches places with a male nurse also named Mike Tyson, who works at a free clinic for poor people.

Bradley Cooper was on a British Talk show the other day and he had wonderful things to say about Mike Tyson. It's great how he's turned his life around.

All you're seeing is a public image.Neither you or I know what type of person Tyson actually is.Personally,I find the the whole cuddly bear image that he's adopted in recent years to be as contrived as the nutjob gimmick that he projected in the late 90's/early 00's.Though he was alot more convincing and less tedious as a complete psychopath than he is as the sedated Tyson we see today.

Exactly, its just the media that bought out the worst in him and the people around him, im glad he's changed, seems like a genuinly nice guy.

I wonder how different things might have been were Cus around for a few more years, and if King had never latched on?

Others around Tyson, after Cus, may also be somewhat cracked in their own ways--like Teddy Atlas. [Ref: the Donny LaLonde affair.]

Well I fully realize that there's hardly a word of truth about anything on TV.

Nonetheless, Tyson now--unlike before--seems to be naturally sedate or serene, and not artificially so.

Maybe for the first time since a teenager, he's off of everything? Drugs, alcohol, meds.

And while (as the saying goes) the only saints are the unborn, Tyson does seem like a nice person now. Again maybe due to the matter cited just above?

Tyson can call himself an animal if he wants but for that chump at the end to call him one gets on my nerves. You wouldn't last a day in Tyson's shoes...have the nerve to talk down to the champ like that. **** that puto and this show. Get your money Tyson and get out. You're better than these chumps

I must say, Mike's doing a pretty good job of advertising his new 'nice guy' image now. Films, TV series, numerous interviews, etc. He's doing well for himself.

Every Tyson interview I see nowadays are ****ing boring. I dont expect him to be a savage like he once was, but at least have some self confidence when you speak, or have more interesting things to talk about in life
