    No he has not to fight Ruiz next. Not taking that right would be ridiculous and a sign of of surrender.

    Lewis didn't choose to take the long road. He never had a rematch clause vs Mccall.

    Joshua would need to change his style to beat Ruiz. Which would mean a change of trainers. He was beaten up, and couldn't trade with Ruiz. I don't think he can beat the blob, personally. Lewis was a much more accomplished outside boxer. If Lewis fought Tua the same way Joshua fought Ruiz, he too would have been KOed. Joshua fights super aggressive, and not very good with lateral movement.

    I hate the notion that a person wouldn't go straight back at the person that beat them... That just goes against every fiber of who I am, but the truth is that yes... AJ should seriously consider not rematching Ruiz soon.
