De Marco showed his guts and heart in the fight vs Linares..., also great respect for Linares who also showed some guts. I personaly think a rematch would be terrific and maybe a copy of the first match, maybe de marco a little of bit more prepared to deal with Linares speed. I don't think Linares would be able to walk through him in a rematch... cuts or no cuts.

the best thing about it is, linares isnt khan. he would probably take the rematch of a devastating loss immediately

Yes, the think is that the kid already suffered two devastating losses... his loss to de marco does not compare to khans defeat against peterson IMO.

But yes, its a great time to step up, if the rematch happens.

btw, from linares twitter.... he was on his way to LA a couple of hours ago.

I still think linares has that warrior spirit for some reason and I think he'd take it. there's no doubting demarco. what he took against edwin valero was ridiculous.

he needs to fight someone who's active and comes forward...if he fights a boxer, it's usually a snoozefest...and with the hype he has right now, he can't afford that....molina would be ****en great for him...

Last I heard Linares was in line for the rematch after Demarco's hometown fight.

maybe we can have that fight in the summer. I heard an interview with linares where he claims he was "not hurt" and the stoppage was premature...

hard to disagree with the stoppage if you ask me

not denying that, Linares was bothered by the cut more than he was actually hurt

Sure if there were no better options and he wanted it.

DeMarco hasn't got any better options really. he wont get a unification match and linaqres is probably the next best fight for him career and selling wise

Think Guerrero wants to operate at 140+ now.

If DeMarco is happy to move up then this would be a good fight
