Don't really know far this express is making it tbh, but I like the kid! Have since the amateurs.

 

When people say there are no decent American H/Ws, what is this bloke? Chopped liver?

He made the Olympic final & has the kind of amateur credentials that demand he be taken seriously. Unlike the guy who the American media consistently blew smoke up the backside of.

I think he'll do something. Just keep him away from the vastly better Australian H/W's (Huni, Opetaia & Teremoana).

 

Problem is, as likeable and exciting as he is, he's only decent. Not great enough in any one area to really be the Great American Hope.

 

I'm a fan. He's very entertaining to watch and if he is matched carefully, he could win a world title.

He may have trouble against some of the bigger stronger heavyweights. His upcoming opponent is very durable, it will be interesting to see if he can win by stoppage.

 

He is a great watch & hope he gets more shine.

Fun guy but more Joe Mesi ceiling than Evander Holyfield.

He's also 1/2 cabbage patch kid

 

Yea, exciting fighter, I've been a big fan since I saw him fighting Jalolov in the Olympics.

He showed a lot of heart in both his fights with the big man.

I'm hoping for a world championship rematch between the two of them and Torres' ultimate redemption arc.

 

He's a KO waiting to happen but his fights are entertaining. Should be a fun glass cannon for a while.

He will probably be as high as WBA Regular belt challenger and maybe win a title but his ceiling is only title challenger IMO

 

He is a guy you want to see do well but one you know who won't.

The train will get derailed when he steps up but he’s fun to watch. He’ll make for a decent fringe contender and undercard filler for a while.
