    Your post is good.

This bit however is interesting considering Haye's talk.

So Haye lacks a physical attribute - size - and that is a perfect excuse to fight in any way he needs to in order to win.

But Wlad lacks a physical attribute - chin - and that is not any excuse at all to fight in any way he needs in order to win.

Actually, it kinda looked like Haye was fighting more like a guy protecting a fragile chin than worried about a height problem.
I guess we will find out when he actually fights a dangerous heavyweight.

The prefight comments were to just simply hype the fight, and maybe worm their way in to Valuev's head. Anyone who studied this fight carefully in the lead up, knew Haye was in fact opting for a cautious approach instead. Valuev's freakish size and style, was always gonna force Haye to adopt raiding tactics.

Yes he did claim he was gonna slay the giant, but instead he snuck in the cave and retrieved the pot of gold.

If he really has a china chin you don't think he should do well enough to protect it:?

Don't let them get to you, it's like I said yestersay:

Haye could have knocked Valuev's head clean off in the 2nd round and the haters would still critize him for not doing it in the 1st.

    Haye does it= BAD!!

    Anyone else does it= BRILLIANT!

It's a simple case of bias, prejudice and blatant double standards. Look at Wlad's last ten fights, from most recent to latest:

    1. Chagaev- TKO9
    2. Rahman-TKO 7
    3. Thompson-TKO 11
    4. Ibragimov-UD 12 (ok this one was a boring stinker)
    5. Brewster II- TKO 6
    6. Austin- KO 2
    7. Brock- TKO 7
    8. Byrd- TKO 7
    9. Peter- UD 12 (a very good, underappreciated fight)
    10. Castillo- TKO 4

Wlad has produced an 80% KO rate against mostly first tier HW opponents. That's pretty phenomenal and exciting. How can any1 hate on such a way of demolishing your opponents? Or has Wlad found a way to somehow make kayos boring? Why would a KO artist such as Wlad be considered boring? Do people simply and conveniently judge Wlad on the Iggy stinker, ignoring all those other annhilations he has produced over the last years?

Haye-Valuev was a boring stinker, pretty much on the same level as Wlad-Iggy, but his fans will say it was a splendid display of ring generalship and the "right way" to win despite it being an extremely boring, low action fight.

Yet Wlad haters, on the other hand, will say that Wlad's fights, the immense majority of which not only end in brutal knockouts or one-sided annhilations but also tend to seriously damage the career of the loser, are boring. Like I said, since when did kayos become boring and KO artists become boring?

It's just blatant double standards, preferences and biases. No use trying to analyze it beyond that imo.
