the magazine list is bad if not worse the magazine has Dawson 16, and this one (post #39 ) has him at 9. Glen Johnson was 18 in the mag(biggest crock of **** ever)
some of its messed up because its about 4 months behind schedule so haye v valuev, pac v cotto, khan v salita and all super 6 results havnt been taken into account either.
Thats a great point, whoever makes these kinds of lists will let 'bias' get in the way, whether its me, you or the guy compiling Ring magazine .... Its an impossible task, as everyone will have a different list based on different criterias ..
the way some of the top cruiserweights have been ranked is odd. cunningham in the top 30s, only a place of two behind adamek, who beat him, dropping him 3x. i think adamek - who picked up the ring belt - should be about 10 or 15 places ahead to be honest. because he won the main title, and then defended it. and even before that, he was a 175 champ, and stopped oneil bell, a former undisputed cruiser champ. also, haye, who won the ring belt from the man mormeck, also stopping top 10 guys like gurov, frago, macca...how can he be down in the 50s or 60s? surely he did more than cunningham, stopping guys and getting the ring belt. i like cunningham's 30 whatever ranking - an excellent fighter who lost THE BIG ONE, narrowly. and he has beaten some hard men, huck, rothmann, wlod, guillermo jones, braithwaite - 4 of these 5 won or went on to win world titles. but surely haye and adamek should be considerably higher.
i like how Wlodarczyk is 94. After he knocks Erdei out this Spring, hes bound to get in the 70's/80's. :yep
