You just said they shouldnt be forced to defend their title you stupid ****. Fighting someone else with the title at stake out of their own free is defending their title. My argument about the ring not having mandatories is that a fighter can still be a champion by fighting bums or nobody at all for years and still be a champion aslong as they dont announce retirement, lose or move to a different weight class.
Calling someone a **** over the internet really shows a lot of bravery. Since you aren't standing in front of me, I'll ignore the coward comment. Ok, so what if the mandatories are bums and nobodies, like Morade Hakkar or so many others? Wow that really solves that problem doesn't it? And you just said it is better to fight a bum then no one at all. Didn't you just say something like that? You logic has been sliced again. Some advice, learn how to realize when your wrong. It only makes you look silly to carry on after that. And don't get so angry that you call people names. That simply makes you appear like a little insecure man. I have to go now, but we don't have to be enemies. We can simply agree to disagree on this point and always agree that we both share passion for the sweet science.
you havent sliced anything at all, you contradict yourself and defend your argument by patronizing me. like i said I would rather have a champion fight some bum than no one at all
I'd like to talk to you on the phone about this. I am really tired of typing. I, in no way, contradicted myself. You are apparently confused about the words FORCED and GIVE. I think all fighters should defend their title. I don't think they should be forced by a sactioning body to fight some tomato can. Champions today don't pull that ''not fighting anybody'' crap these days. What some of them do these days is duck the very best. They do fight though. I'm not patronizing you here. Anyway, sometimes things can get misunderstood over the internet. If you would like to discuss this any further, then give me your number and I'll call you. We agree that the Ring title is the real one. You say it's not perfect and I say nothing is perfect. So why should the Ring title be? We disagree about the aspect of mandatories but either way, I am big enough to agree to disagree instead of calling you a ****. Anyway, it's all good though. I forgive you.
I was called a stupid **** right after this. Either way, mind your own business. This didn't even concern you.
I have a serious problem with Golden Boy or any promotional company having ownership or any kind of editoral control of The Ring Magazine or it's rankings. Other than that The Ring Championship is as good as there is in the sport. Even with it's curent ownership the Ring Championship has a lot less flaws than the Big Four of the ABC's do.
Ill raise your phone call and ask you for your address and SS# tough guy. so,which is it? they should or they shouldnt? Im asking you questions trying to understand your argument and all you do is demean my intelligence on the matter, that is patronizing...look it up. This a messageboard if you dont want to type then dont comment and GTFO simple as that.
I was being serious when I said I would call you. I wasn't being a tough guy or trying to be humorous. I see you aren't understanding by communicating via message board. I think fighters should defend voluntarily. That's the difference. Not be forced! This is very easy to understand. Why you can't, is mind boggling. I can see I have upset your delicate nature. I've tried to make peace here, but you are acting like a female. I never said they shouldn't defend. Mandatory defenses are a bad idea. An active fighter gets hurt by it. Wladimir Klitschko could have fought someone really good instead of Ray Austin. That's what I'm getting at here. I've made myself very clear here. I didn't try to get tough. People don't get tough online, buddy.
I LIKE THIS THREAD ITS GETTING DANGEROUS IN HERE.lets just toss a coin up in the AIR HEADS LEGIT TAILS NON LEGIT PCUK IT CALL IT IN THE AIR......:smoke
Im not your buddy, guy And Im serious about the address and SS# too hit me up if you are that desperate to make any kind of other contact besides message board. I say it is better for a champion to be forced to defend their title than to not fight at all. A ring champion can be inactive for years, get into an accident, have both arms amputated, not declare retirment and will still be recognized as the ring champion. And heres some courtesy advice, about message boards in the future for you. Dont insult someone if you cant handle being insulted back and if you dont want to type than dont ****ing type.
So what Ring champion in recent years has done this. You are simply talking out of your ass here. Every Ring champion has been defending there title. Tomas Adamek is moving up to heavy, so likely he will give up his title soon. All he has to do is say he is fighting full time at heavyweight. He hasnt said that yet. You said I contradicted myself and that was baseless. I never did. And I didn't call you any names, I just simply implied you aren't very bright. I didn't even have to imply that because you have clearly shown that. And all this meeting up and fighting **** you are talking is real entertaining except I don't beat on women. You want to meet up and you don't even list where you live. What a chicken****. You have a picture of Manny as your avatar. Maybe you think having that will somehow give you the balls he has. Some advice to you little lady, don't talk so much **** over a computer. Go to the nearest boxing gym and vent some of your frustration. This is the last post I'm leaving here on this. I have wasted a lot of time on your simple ass. You are no doubt the #1 p4p Computer Tough Guy today. Maybe The Ring will send you a belt. No mandatories though. It shouldn't matter to you anyway, you are an active champion. Goodnight princess.
