    It's their fanboys fault for trying to glorify this horrible era. Trying to make out that guys like Mormeck, Thompson and Adamek would have been top contenders and champions in previous era's :lol:

    Ibragimov was probably higher than 6th at the time Klitschko fought him, and 6th after the fight. But probably not Top 3.

    Thompson was probably Top 5 or close to it right before the first fight wiht Wlad. He eventually got back into the Ring Top 10 before losing to Wlad again.

    Looking forward to Povetkin and Pulev in 2013....these fights and Haye/Fury in 2014 would an epic climax to Wlad's reign.

    It would be nice to update this with the monthly rankings, but I have no idea where to find them online. I believe that they will be much more accurate. If someone has the actual ring magazine issues it would be helpful.
