    :huh

I also see this phenomenon happen very often in people's all-time rankings; a fighter ranks differently regardless of weight then in divisional rankings.

The only way I could possibly look at it is if the p4p list was looking at his collective record recent record over WW and JWW, whereas at Welter he's only really had one fight of note which was a contentious win over Pac. I don't have him in my top 10 anyway.

His P4P status is almost entirely based around the wins over Alexander, Peterson, Witter, Holt, etc at 140. Right now, all he has at Welter is a win over Abregu and a respectable showing against Pacquiao (RING made it pretty clear that they weren't going to recognize the robbery as anything official).

I was refering to the fact that Oscar De La Hoya and or Golden Boy Promotions owns either the whole publication or a majorty share in "The Ring"

    WW resume is 2-0.
JWW resume is an insanely good one.

Combined, he is one of the ten best fighters in the world, but not worthy of being at the very top of his current division.

It's pretty simple. I agree with it, although I believe he should be 4th at WW, not 7th.

(RING has Bradley #8 P4P, by the way...)
