Haye shouldn't even be in there anymore. His last fight was last summer, and some that fought even later have already been removed from the rankings if they didn't fight (due to injury or any other reason). Inactivity (and damn is that guy inactive) gets you removed from ranks. I think the Ring is the only big one still featuring him. Pulev is the rightful #1... When was the last time Haye beat a guy on TT's level? :blood
Haye has been too inactive to be rated above Pulev. I don't rate Pulev but he's the obvious number 1 contender now that Povetkin has lost. I get depressed every time I look at the heavyweight rankings and see guys like Fury, Solis and Arreola in the top 10, and even more depressed when I struggle to find anyone more deserving to be ranked above them.
