The Ring Top 100: Who are Overrated and Underrated in the list?

Some of those ratings are wacky. Jan Zaveck is rated but not Rafal Jackiewicz? Margarito rated higher than Timothy Bradley? Juan Carlos Salgado in the top 30? Vic was top 10, loses one close fight after moving up in weight and now is all the way down to 58? Yohnny Perez and Agbeko also down in the mid-50's? Toshiaki Nishioka not rated in the top 100 at all? Dirrell, who's not in the SMW top 10, being rated higher than 5 guys who are? Boytsov and Povetkin being ranked almost the same?

Just seems like a ton of inconsistency to me.
