Round of the year is when both fighters fight ? :huh why not a round from lopez vs marquez ? or katsidis vs marquez ? dumb choice this

If Khan got a knock down or came back early in the round, then yeah..

 

Round 3 from the Marquez/Katsidis fight is definetly "Round of the Year" for me.

In the ESB poll the undisputed leader is Kessler vs. Froch round 12. None of the rounds listed here come close to that (perhaps Marquez-Katsidis comes the closest). Khan-Maidana round 10 was round of the year only if you are a Maidana fan.

Also surprised Froch-Kessler Round 12 wasn't up there

 

It was nowhere near the round of the year, far too one sided a round. It's the most dramatic part of the fight though, the one thing that everyone was looking for and Maidana's only real chance as he was getting somewhat dominated for most of it. You can see where they're coming from. It's probabily the only part of the likely FOTY people remember. Most people seem to have forgotten what went on for the previous 9 rounds.
