    Valuev is ****. No doubt about it. But given the fact that Valuev was a foot taller and 100lbs heavier, and that he's got a decent record and a world title, you have to give Haye credit for a very sharp, tactical and measured performance. And as I said, the loser in a fight like this isn't the story. No one is mourning Valuev's sporting demise, but they are celebrating Haye's emergence as a legit HW.

    Well, it's been pretty clear how close Oscar (and therefore The Ring) and HBO are now. It shouldn't come as any surprise that the HBO fighter, especially one whose been invested in as much as HBO's done with Dawson, gets the lead story.

    Better fighters imo. Possibly there is a US bias towards Dawson but I cant blame them, I mean its an american publcation. Would you expect Boxing News to be any different if positions were reversed?

    So what? HW division is ****. Good for Haye he won and got rid of the total joke Valueless, but Haye has been a let-down this year. Maybe next yeat we can seem him and Wladimir fight. That will be much more worthy of note.

    At least Dawson is at a weight where there can be competitive fights and there are lots of good potential opponents. He can fight a couple young LHW's now, or fight guys @ 168. He is a rising star.

    Haye created so much hype and excitement, his actions in comparison are a major let-down. I am glad he beat Valueless, but I expected it. Beating Valueless in Germany is not the biggest deal in the world.

    Haye needs to come to America and put on a good show. Hell, I'd like to see him and Adamek or something. Right now, the Klitschko's dominate and that's that. Be surprised if that changes. As I said, Wladimir vs Haye would be interesting cause either could get sparked.

    I don't think it is anymore. Certainly there isn't a big difference between LH and HW at this stage. LH is in a state of flux, you have guys like Johnson, Jones and Tarver taking up spots at the top end of the rankings. You basically have Dawson and Pascal as emerging stars, and thats about it. If Tua and Adamek could (re)establish themselves as legit HW contenders, that would make the division look pretty solid with Haye, Chambers, Povetkin, Arreola, Wlad and Vitali also in the mix.
