    Yes, that's true.

Put it this way, Arturo Gatti was four inches taller and weighed 40 pounds more than Gonzalez ... and even Gatti's friends think Arturo's wife was big enough to choke him to death with her purse.

A 5'3", 108-pound grown man would lose a fight to most grown men on earth, now matter how "sweet" his combinations are. After he's finished punching you in the belt buckle, one clubbing punch to the side of the head will put him out.

    Life sucks that way.:good

Wlad may not throw those sweet combos, but he's the best fighter in the world. And his girlfriend isn't tall enough or strong enough to choke him to death with her purse.:hi:

Well, whatever floats your boat, Dubblechin. :good

Personally, I enjoy watching good technical boxing, regardless of the fighter's size. And Gonzalez does that better than anyone around, at the moment. :deal

Wow. They totally jobbed Wlad. He's clearly #1 with Mayweather out of the picture. What a joke. I never understood why some people put so much stock in them, they've always had laughable ratings.

It's true. Ramon Alvarez, Canelo's brother, is a very ordinary super welterweight. You couldn't pick him out of a lineup.

He got into an altercation with Ulyses Solis, one of the best flyweights in the world, and brutalized him. He broke Solis's jaw. Knocked out a bunch of his teeth.

Looking at them on film, Solis is definitely the better fighter. But, IN REAL LIFE, the slightly bigger ordinary guy demolished the former world champ.

Then again, if you actually attended a boxing show in your life, or actually met a flyweight, you'd know that. They are very tiny.

NONE of them would be mistaken for the best fighter in the world ... because they aren't.

So you should probably study less film and actually go to an actual boxing card. You'd realize what you miss just by watching it on television.

    It's not brain surgery.

    It really isn't.:hi:

    Gonzalez is laughable at #1
Ward hasn't fought anyone lately to be #2
Klitschko should be #3 at worst
Pacquiao shouldn't even be on there
    Brook at #10 is laughable

That whole list is an Abortion.

No GGG is too high, depends on how you measure P4P, he wouldn't be higher than #7 on my list.

Nice to see a little guy getting props for being a great boxer.

If you're going to have Ward on the list because of his past achievements, then put him last. Everyone else is active, that should count for something IMO.
