    It's definitely in the the discussion, and no year end rating in the middleweight division since then has come all that close.

    Great year for sure. Middleweight has historically always been a stacked class.

    In 1991 you had Toney, McCallum, Eubank, Julian Jackson, Nunn, Collins, Reggie Johnson, Kalambay, Benn, Watson, Graham, Milton, McClellan, Hopkins and Mugabi.

    Julian Jackson would be the most avoided fighter in boxing today IMO .

    was just looking at the the rings annual ratings and Felix sturm has been at the top for an amazingly long time, been in the top 8 for the last 11 years most years being in the top 3. Top class consistent world class performer that deserves a lot of credit.
