Most of those fighter will stay in amateur (mostly Eastern Europeans mostly) maybe a few in the upper weight classes, fighters like Selimov have been amateurs for an eternity. In the lower weight class the only fighter I see making a splash is Cintron. Europeans don't do well in those classes not to much competition in Europeans just like Latinos don't do well on the bigger weights not to much competition.
isn't 2016 Olympics open to pros as one of the last sports to finally go there?! So I suspect it will all be very different, with no actual amateur winning one of the bigger medals.
no it is open to apb pros these include Lu Bin Misha Aloyan Javid Chalabiev David Oliver Joyce Dmitri Polyanskiy Artem Zakaryan Andrei Zamkovoi Evaldas Petruaskas Artem Chebatarov Dmytro Mytofanov Joe Ward Anton Pinchik Aleksei Egorov Magomed Medzhidov Magomed Omarov Eric Pheifer
Got to give Ivan Dychko some love too, he beat most the guys u mentioned, and imo got robbed in 2012 Plus he still managed to get a bronze
id narrow it down to Yeleussinov,Ward and Medzhidov 1.Yeleussinov 2.Ward 3.Medzhidov but tbh anyone of that whole list could be the best their all quality
infinetely better:good even the chinese number 2 at light fly Zhonglin Wu would be a better pro prospect
