Sturm was a big name. I can't believe you are wasting your time trying to argue otherwise atsch

 

He wasn't and for good reason.

 

Sturm was the WBA champion for years with about 12 successful defences, and also held the WBA super champion title.

Felix Sturm was a big name until Daniel Geale got a hold of him and trying to argue otherwise is just making you look stupid

 

You still haven't answered who he beat to be a big name??

 

The question is: "Was Felix Strum a big name?"

Macklin and Murray both pretty much beat Sturm. Geale did great to win a good fight and get the belt but Soliman beating Sturm showed us all where Sturm was really at. Sturm is a name but not the superstar or big name you are making out he is/was.

He was most famous for losing to Oscar and annexing a belt in Germany. Good fundamentals of boxing but nothing special.

That is an opinion and not a fact....

Sturm was a belt holder, good win for Geale but don't get carried away. That is all I am saying, I can't speak for Whipsy but it looks like he is saying the same.

 

Who has classed him as a big name? he is never mentioned on the big HBO or showtime telecasts when the middles are discussed, they couldn't give two rats about him because he chose to hide in his little hole in Germany.
