Eddie Hearn mentioned British title within 6 months. Lets say by December 2014 to take into account the tongue in cheek.

He moves to 8 rounds by April and say 10 rounds by September - December is achievable

There is no news from the BBBOC on the vacant title

The main 2 contenders S exton & McDermott have other fights. I assumed they would face of for the Vacant title

His main prospect rival Hughie Fury cannot fight for the title until he is 20

By December I would fancy Joshua against S exton, McDermott, Sprott, Cornish, Harrison etc Therefore the title is do able

Dillian Whyte should be back by 2015 and the division will heat up again

I think he would beat them all now to be honest, but there is no need to rush him so yeah he should be looking at those fights by the end of the year, would like to see him go past 4 rounds to see what his stamina is like.

Reckon when Hughie Fury develops into a man, he will be a beast i reckon he is a more natural fighter than Joshua!

Eddie told Kugan than he is trying to get the Joshua in with the likes of Matt Skelton on the undercard of FrochGroves

That will be a decent step up.

Matt Skelton is a 47 year old man for crying out loud, even so early in AJ's career that match-up would be an embarrassment. May as well fight Riddick Bowe, or is he too much of a risk?:patsch:nut:!:

Why is Skelton an OK opponent for Hughie Fury but not Anthony Joshua?

Aj carter would be a good scrap but i doubt his people would allow it. Ian lewison and hughie fury are the only people still at domestic level who may beat him.

Because Hughie Fury is a 19 year old who had basically no senior expierience as an amateur.

I think Skelton is fine he will at least throw something back which is what Joshua needs, imo he's ready to fight McDermott / ***ton and any of the other guys. Just not ready for the leap to the like of Chisora/Fury just yet.

Must confess to my ignorance.Didnt know who Carter was.So I followed it through. He looks quite a handy lad,in decent condition. Not crude at all.Think you'd be right about not allowing a Joshua fight. His manager seems the father figure type, decent guy who wouldn't let him be ruined. But he looks to be able to do things in his own right.Maybe hell be British champ before Josh, who could possibly be aiming higher.

Hes in good hands under goodwin and dereck williams. Considering the lad barely had an ammie career and didnt start till he was like 20/21 he is coming along very well at the minute.
