Fuc**ng PAthetic how PW fans ask 4 rubbermatch and even try to justify it when NONE of them say it was necessary with Quintana. Quintana's first fight was not as close as SM/PW first fight ( he won by an even bigger margin) AND on the 2nd fight you can ACTUALLY make a REAL argument that he got caught cold in the first by PW. Ppl now say that Williams was looking good and that he was winning...:adminREALLY??????? BY A WHOLE 1 RD?????????? I guess he threw that fight , ehhh?? 'cause we all know that could've not been turned around after the brutal one sided beating/schooling he gave SM on the 1st rd!?!?!?:rofl Trying to justify a rubbermatch because of the way he looked on the 1st rd is not only ridiculous but ignorant... bunch of sore losers making themselves look like clowns! Fight Quintana first and if he wins, and that is a very BIG IF, then move yourself up with Cintron maybe and a couple others b4 deserving a rubbermatch w/SM.... I highly doubt he'll make it through these fighters. He'll get cut short b4 he reaches back to Martinez.

No ****ing WAY was Williams winning the fight to that point. Martinez clearly landed the better shots in the first round and landed that left hook about three or four times prior to the big bomb. Don't go on what HBO wanted to tell you -- it was another failed attempt at manufacturing a star. And I like Williams, he still go can places from here, but to say he was winning that fight is absurd.

Like I was saying, if you watch the fight a second time, you will see Martinez was timing that exact same punch right from the beginning. That's why he was so confident of a KO this time -- he knew the left hook would catch him coming in.

I think Martinez should move on a bit and then Williams and Pavlik can fight each other to see who gets to challenge him again once they have a success or two under their belts.
