Maybe Browne's manager wants to get him ranked in the WBA without fighting Kuzmin?!

Browne is silent about the fight on his twitter page but seems to be in a training camp.

Serghey, annoying when behaving like political prostitutes. It is necessary to prescribe in the contracts that if the fault of the B side (doping, interrupting the price, the possibility of fighting for the belt, it is impossible to leave the parking lot ...), the fight breaks down, then the B side must pay a penalty that suits the injured party.
Then there would be less breakdowns, because these scoundrels feel only blows to the wallet.

Sergey, this says more about what is not only considered with you, but also prefer to stay away, for a small number of your professional battles, there is already a big and serious reputation.
Not that some of them have 25 battles, the knockout of the battles won, go into the ring and reconsider all the YouTube, all the sites connected with boxing, and it's not clear to the end who it was, in no case does not anyone blame, just a pleasant fact, and pride in our boxers.

Yes, and in general, Sergei, I wonder your opinion about how you feel about such a policy in boxing, which is practiced with an enviable regularity, especially in recent times, the fact is that a number of boxers, after selecting the champion belt, often not the strongest owner, refuse to protect it , and thus from the waist, well, from the latest examples of Badu Jack, Alvarez,
What do you say about this?

Kama, there can be many different reasons, but the main one all wants big money battles ... but why keep the title and fight with the real prospects that they will end up with, they leave the titles and wait for them to be offered enough! I can see this situation so ... avoiding a fight they keep a zero in their record

Sergey Vasilievich, on November 27th I'm going for you and all of our sick, I hope to be determined with your opponent and see you in the ring! Good luck! Browne did not act well.

Interview with Sergey Kuzmin as he prepares in US for his upcoming fight. This interview was conducted right before the Browne withdrawal from the fight:

    - Who are your sparring partners?

    - Basically, sparring partners are Americans and Latinos. Well, from the well known I can mention Dominique Brezele. He prepared for his fight, sparred with him. And I have a few more sparring partners who I spar with, so everything is fine.

    - Your next opponent will be Lucas Browne, a tall and powerful heavyweight with a large percentage of knockout victories, what do you say about him?

    - Yes, my opponent is very good, with a good record. I am preparing for it like for the last battle of my life.

    - Brown already performed in Russia, in March 2016, when Ruslan Chagaev defeated, but was later convicted of using doping. Later, before the fight with Shannon Briggs, his dope test was again positive. What do you think of it?

    - Of course, doping is not welcome in the sport. Especially in boxing, but as far as I know, in boxing it is unlikely that doping somehow can help in the ring. What can I say, well, let him take it, the beard is the same for all. If he misses a powerful blow from me, then I think no dope will help him.

    - In general, in your opinion, is the problem of doping in professional sports sufficient enough, and do the leading boxing organizations take sufficient measures to detect the use of illegal drugs?

    - I think that in the sphere of doping it is necessary to understand very carefully, since this is a problem not only in boxing is big. In general, with regard to boxing, if a person once got caught, twice got caught, then for the third time he needs to take concrete measures, because he is deliberately doing it, consciously. And I believe that there should not be such moments. Either he should be relieved from a license for some time or disqualified for life, or some other measures to take, but this, again, is a question for the federations. And that this all was clean and transparent.

    - What do you think about the next title battles in heavyweight Wilder and Joshua. Their opponents are not the most dangerous, will they go to the unification battle in 2018?

    - Well, Wilder is a home champion, he has recently had some moments. Remains up to the fight quite a bit of time and suddenly again people find dope. Well, here is what I will comment, he is sitting on a tomato can diet, and only at home he makes his voluntary defenses, although there are many contenders who want to fight with him but he runs from them.

    - Joshua is a very famous now. Home champion who fights only in the UK. Yes, he also had to have an opponent Pulev but he was injured and wasn't able to perform. They found a replacement - Carlos Takam. Takam is not the same as he was when he boxed with Povetkin. Because Povetkin ended his career. I think that both champions will win in these battles.

    - Another world champion, Joseph Parker. Watched his fight against Fury, agree with the British statement that Fury robbed the judges?

    - In fact, Fury did little to win. He ran mostly from Parker. Parker went ahead, created a situation to box. He wanted to box, he's a champion. He showed all the way that he wants to win. Fury ran, "shot back", sometimes connected. But I don't think that Hughie Fury won, and that he was robbed like he said. The victory was for Parker.

    - Murat Gassiev vs. Junier Dorticos, your opinion?

    - In the last fight, Murat Gassiev showed good boxing, you can even say cool, classic boxing. And I think that he will simply "move" Dortikos out of the way. He will do it, with his power, youth, and his wish for victory constantly, and I think he will win by KO in the first half of the battle.

    - Wishes for fans of boxing?

    - Watch boxing, support us, and we will make you happy with our victories in the ring.

    Kuzmin against Mansour is official.

American heavyweight boxer Amin Mansour will replace former world champion Lucas Brown in a fight against Russian Sergei Kuzmin, which will be held on November 27 in Moscow.

    - Brown refused, I will box with Mansur, - quotes TASS Kuzmina.

Brown is known to Russian fans for a fight with the representative of Uzbekistan Ruslan Chagaev, which was held in March 2016 and ended with the victory of the Australian by technical knockout in the 10th round. Brown won the title of regular WBA world champion. Later the doping test of the athlete gave a positive result to clenbuterol, he was disqualified for six months and denied the title.

On account of Mansoor 23 wins (16 by KO), two losses and one draw. In the asset Kuzmin 11 wins (8 by knockout) and no defeat.

He flattened Joyce and gave Hgrovic a tough fight in the WSB. I think him vs Mansour is gunna be a war, I wanna see him get in there with Miller or Whyte if he wins.

Mansour is real live in this one and I would hardly faint from shock if he won. Of course we know what Mansour brings to the table and if Kuzmin impresses then he is one to be taken seriously.

Too bad the Browne fight fell through but this also has intrigue and that's half the ingredients already.

Kuzmin is good enough for the top ten and BETTER than anyone Wilder fought.

Will he be a champion? I'm undecided.

    Depends.

    Vs Wilder, 65/35 likely
    Vs Parker. 40/60
    Vs Joshua 25/75

And Politics can strip someone and have to newbies fight for the belt
