The only guys id favour below 160 are Paul williams & Mosley where both KO him. I think he outboxes Forrest to gain JMW crown and Cotto & PBF would be his toughest assignments at 147 where its 50/50. By below 160 he means fighters below MW or is he including MW fighters?

147 is as far as Pacquiao should go. Even then he's pushing his limits.
