Don't take this the wrong way but I think you just judging by what you see on TV and what you hear. If you ever get a chance you should come by her gym and see how she teaches her fighters. She didn't start training James till he was a little older. Their original trainer is a guy name Pops (nick name). James was actually a good boxer / counter puncher when he was in the amateurs. Why he changed his style, I'm not sure.

But Ann does not teach her fighters to try to over power them or look for the one KO punch. If you seen some of the fighters she's trained from the ground up, you'll see that they can box, move, and counter punch very well. Best example would be her daughter, she has some pretty good boxing skills and she's ranked nationally.

 

A guy like JMM would have A+ skills, or Hopkins. The very elite are reserved for A's or A+'s/-'s.

Then your gonna have guys that are very capable but a step down from that on B's, guys like Luis Collazo, not an elite fighter, not going to outbox great fighters, but very capable and a very good boxer in his own right.

Now you telling me James Kirkland skillwise is on the level of somebody like Luis Collazo?

 

Based on the video. Anne Wolfe should be training all the fatboys of the heavyweight division. Arreola, Chambers, Povetkin, Ibragimov, Peter all of them need to get in shape. They all look like people that line up at a buffet table. The Klitchsko are gonna dominate forever if this keeps up.

 

HELL YEAH!! The difference is hes not gonna lose. I'm saying that your assemnet of Kirkland having C+ skills is crazy. Juilo is not going to lose to somebody with c+ skills. dont you think he has better skills than Angulo?
