Just read on a Russian site that the scum Duva would be replaced by the scum Don King to promote the fight between Maskaev and Peter on Sep. 29th, since the 1st scum could not forward 10% of the purse to WBC. Another scum Rapaport is suing WBC for the unfair split 55/45 instead of 70/30.

The most interesting part of the article is that yet another scum Gotzev - Peter's manager is apperently not interested in the fight with Vitaly but wants a unification with Vlad, if Peter beats Maskaev.

The split should be 70-30 because Maskaev is the champ and Peter is just a mandatory.

Gotzev needs to beat Maskaev first...not a sure thing by any stretch. As much as I am for unification, this is not the time or place. This whole saga needs to die, the winner needs to fight Vitali so that we can all move on!

I would not mind seeing a Peter vs Wladimir fight for Ring Belt on the other hand I would love too see Peter in a brawl with Vitali.

Let's just get a date set, please...this is in danger of going the same way as the Warren-Palle waffling and hot air.

The date is set for Sep. 29th, and according to Gotzev nothing will be an obstacle to the fight on that date not even 20 lawsuits by Maskaev's team(taken from that article as well).

Well, there are some new developments in this never endind story. Just read on Russian news that Maskaev may after all meet Vitaly in April 2008 in Moscow, instead of Peter. I personally am so fed up with this f**king drama.

    Stay tuned for more...

Rappaport is a clown, anyone remmeber how he handled Gerry Cooney's career? Peter's people are not much better either. This is all becoming one big joke. I do feel that Maskaev should be getting the 70-30 split though, Peter is just a mandatory, nothing more. I am a huge Vitali Klitschko fan, but do not get me started on April 2008 or whatever, that is a damn joke.

But I think Vitaly is still on with McCline though for Sep. 22.

What a big kettle of fish, this whole mess is.

The site that talks about boxing says that King may now promote the Peter Oleg brawl, and that it may be Oct. 6.

Who knows, with how this thing has gone.

    What an ongoing mess.

Pity it's taken them forever to make this fight. I'm glad it's happening, though.
