I think it's fairly obvious I have no alts. I'm sure plenty of people that quote your posts are alts but the reason more than one person picks up on your flawed logic is because it's obvious mate, not because the same person has hundreds of accounts.
The Salido loss is used against him because it obviously effected the type of opponents that Loma decides to fight now. Loma hasn't and doesn't seem interested in fighting a pressure fighter after being beaten by Salido. The effective body punching and constant pressure from Salido made Loma go almost inactive in several rounds. Loma has become a worse cherry picker than Danny Garcia ever was. Besides Roman Martinez Loma's opponents at super featherweight have been a joke. All Loma has to do is step up his competition. If Loma beats Berchelt, Machado, and Ogawa and becomes unisputed at 130 or moves up and beats the top guys at 135 the Salido wouldn't even be brought up.
This. Loma easily could've got an immediate rematch, but clearly didn't want it. People use every excuse under the sun to give Loma a pass for losing. Salido came in over 10 pounds overweight against Gamboa, but that didn't stop Gamboa from getting the job done.
Losses count you can't simply overlook them as if they didn't happen. That's not how it works. Loma has grown from his loss.
Salido was trolling the hell out of him any time negotiations took place lol. Siri was never going to give him the satisfaction of avenging the loss- it's too much fun for him to dangle that over Loma's head forever.
Loss is a loss.. In boxing people Give a lot of importance to losses controversial or not.. And truth is.. Professionally Loma will never be undefeated.. As hard as that is to swallow to some of his fanboys.. On a side note.. Comparing Lomachenko to Floyd is pointless..
how can you not bring up salido when talking about loma tho? when you look for the pro's and con's of a fighter and their career. you have to bring this up. loma is an unbelievable talent, who still has had very little pro fights in the grand scheme of things. if oyur looknig for cons you use the salido loss as a starting point.
He doesn't even seem to desire the platform that much. Around two years ago, he was talking about having six bouts left. Aside from the negative forebode of planning his retirement right as he was hitting his physical prime, two of those projected six have been spent on the Patrick Hylands and Oscar Escandons of the world. Not exactly the kind of names that are going to help him leave a significant mark on the game. And I think Siri doesn't quite get the respect he deserves. He's too often sold short with the standard 'blood and guts warrior', 'tough as nails' tags. He's better than just that. He's no Kiko Martinez level marauder, that's for sure. Fine set of very proven skills.
Yes, you're right. They'd agree in principle on a number, then Siri would respond "more" at the 11th hour. That's trolling. If it was finances first, he wouldn't have pushed off Loma for worse paying fights. Common sense. I don't blame the guy. He'll always be able to dangle that above Loma's head, and he saved himself from a humiliating end to his career. Losing by KO in a war is a much more fitting end for him.
Money isn't everything. Marquez taught Arum and Pac that by going to Indonesia to face Chris John. He lost and was made fun of by Pacs fans, got a raise from Arum and then knocked his ass unconscious 3 fights later.
