That's because you see it backwards, perhaps willfully so. Whistling past the graveyard. What actually exists is a violent, brutal, menacing man trying to put on the air of a goofy grill salesman. If you think about that, it is kinda' scary.
We've all heard the story that on New Year's Eve 2021 George Foreman will go door to door and if you haven't knocked out the fat and were too busy washing pans to train your core he'll fold you like a 500lbs heavy bag, but it can't be true! Can it?
Agreed. His training for his comeback was insane. Well worth watching. Wilder's power is overrated. He's never done anything to anyone of note, let alone absolutely batter someone like Joe Fraizer about.
I would favor young and older versions of George to just just batter Wilder. Wilder's power is grossly overrated as it's not tested on anyone of note other than Fury. I can see the shock on Wilders face as his punches just bouncing of George's noggin before the return fire coming in slow motion just flattens him. Joe was always game but yeah he was merked that night.
Young George was an animal. Old George was more cordial. Both Georges could flatten anything in front of them.
Agreed. Wilder wouldn't have been the puncher of the 00's, let alone ever. Also, Fury is overrated. His last three fights have been against the same man. If he fights Uysk, it'd be interesting to see how he deals with a man with more than one tool (just power, like Wilder).
